摘要:磁共振检查是当今心血管系统现代影像学技术,其应用体外的巨大磁场及磁共振脉冲序列,使体内器官与组织的成分:氢原子核或质子沿外周磁场方向做线性排列,并随磁场消失这些粒子从线性位置释放出来,产生的MRI信号能被外部接受线圈接收,图像重建而成图。与CT相比,MRI有较高的时间分辨率。钆是MRI检查时应用的造影剂,毒性低于碘造影剂。
