摘要:采用磁控溅射在玻璃基片上制备了[FePt/Ag]10纳米多层膜.经550℃,30min真空退火后,[FePt/Ag]10多层膜的矫顽力显著增大.[FePt/Ag]10多层膜的磁学性能受Ag体积百分含量的影响,多层膜中含25%的Ag可以得到最大矫顽力.剩磁曲线分析表明,在Ag含量相等的[FePt/Ag]10多层膜中,较薄的磁性层有利于减小晶粒间交换耦合怍用.X射线衍射结果表明,Ag层厚度为5nm时,FePt(001)峰强度明显增大.通过磁黏滞系数法可以得到10^24m^3的磁反转体积,说明所设计的[FePt/Ag]10多层膜可以满足超高密度磁记录对介质的要求.
