摘要:在频率为30 kHz时,研究了线圈匝数、输入电压幅值、限流电阻以及退火等因素对Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9铁基非晶薄带巨磁电感效应的影响。结果表明:非晶薄带的巨磁电感效应随着线圈匝数的增多和输入电压幅值的增大而增强;随着限流电阻的增大而减弱;巨磁电感效应变化幅度随着输入电压幅值的增大而增大,随着线圈匝数的增多以及限流电阻的增大呈现出先增大后减小的趋势;退火后非晶薄带的巨磁电感效应及其变化幅度都比淬火态的增大。
