摘要:用显微硬度测试、微观组织观察、室温拉伸试验等方法研究了不同的热处理工艺参数对CLF-1低活化铁素体/马氏体钢(RAFM)显微组织与力学性能的影响,在此基础上确定了其适宜的热处理工艺。结果表明:经980℃×45min固溶+740℃×90min回火工艺热处理后,该钢显微组织良好且力学性能优异,抗拉强度达到760MPa,伸长率为19.5%,可满足该钢的使用性能要求;其再结晶温度约为780℃;由α区进入α+γ两相区的相变点为820℃;在略高于920℃后将进入γ单相区。
