摘要:研究了热处理工艺对冷拉态Fe-13Cr-2.5Mo阻尼合金的微观组织、力学性能和阻尼性能的影响.研究发现:水淬温度为900℃和1 100℃时对数衰减率各有一个相近的峰值;900℃时由于合金组织完成了回复再结晶,阻尼性能保持较高的水平;而1 100℃时,合金中碳化物溶解,晶粒快速长大,导致较大尺寸的磁畴形成,使得合金的内耗值很高.淬火温度的提高,使合金的强度和塑性逐渐降低.合金的较佳热处理工艺为900℃×2h水淬.
