摘要:3D打印在精密镂空结构成型领域具有显著优势,而镂空结构在减重方面具有重要的工程意义。采用SLM金属3D打印制作内部镂空的立方体结构块,当结构体底面结构为尺寸较小的点阵排列时,由于底面与基材接触过小而导致结构坍塌。文章在分析打印失败原因的基础上,通过改进三维模型,增加其与基材的接触面积,解决了结构坍塌的问题,使得镂空点阵结构顺利成型。文章中提出的优化策略对同类结构具有普适性。
