摘要:采用扫描电镜、能谱测试仪、X射线衍射仪和电化学测试仪等检测技术,研究了不同Sn含量对轧制退火态Mg-6Al-x Sn镁合金组织和电化学性能的影响。结果表明:随着Sn元素含量的增多,Mg2Sn第二相由晶界处的弥散分布逐渐向晶内分布转变,且晶内细小的点状第二相易聚集成粗大块状第二相;当添加1%的Sn元素形成的AT61(Mg-6Al-1Sn)镁合金具有最好的电化学活性(腐蚀电位-1.68 V,腐蚀电流0.49×10^-3mA·cm^-2)和放电性能(100 mA·cm^-2电流密度下的平衡电位可达-1.62 V)。
