摘要:情报是一切思想和行动的基础,正如阿富汗战争时期布什所言,“如果没有情报,200万美元的巡航导弹只能命中200美元的帐篷,那是毫无意义的”。在现代商业竞争中,竞争情报的获取和分析乃是大客户挖掘和保有方面最为重要的因素。本文构建了SMaRT竞争情报分析模型,为大客户的营销推广提供参考。
