摘要:m绝缘栅双极晶体管 (IGBT)的暂态过程是关系到开关频率、 电磁干扰、 开关损耗的关键. 为了实现对IGBT暂态的实时仿真,对IGBT的开通暂态和关断暂态过程进行分析, 采用查表法在现场可编程门阵列 (FPGA)中建立实时仿真模型.实验结果表明, 仿真模型能够反映开关过程的尖峰电压、 电流, 准确度高、 实时性好,验证了实时仿真模型的有效性.
