摘要:采用Unisim Design对低温法CO-H2分离过程进行模拟,针对精馏塔内液相负荷高和气相负荷变化大的特点,选用塔板-填料组合结构。塔内传质原件分别选用最新一代具有高通量的规整填料MellpakplusTM和高性能微型浮阀UFMTM。首套国产CO-H2深冷分离装置已成功运用,操作弹性和产品品质均满足设计要求。
