摘要:本文以Co SO_4·7H_2O、Co Cl·6H_2O、草酸钠、尿素为原料,采用SDBS辅助简单水热法制备了Co_3O_4微米球,并用XRD、XPS、SEM、IR、Raman等技术对样品进行表征,结果表明,产物均是结晶度高的立方尖晶石型的Co_3O_4,样品颗粒呈球形。样品的恒电流充放电及其循环性能测试表明,四氧化三钴样品具有较好的首次充放电容量,其最大充电和放电容量分别为1100和1700 m Ah/g。
