摘要：In the year 2018,the United States adjusted its national defense strategy dictated by the major power competition,made tremendous efforts in areas such as nuclear,missile defense,outer space,artificial intelligence military applications,etc.,disclosed withdrawal from the INF Treaty,tried vigorously to reshape the absolute superiority,thus,having seriously impacted the strategic stability of major countries and the international arms control process.
