摘要:目的探讨MRI内耳水成像在内耳病变的应用价值.方法分析10例先天性感音性耳聋及10例正常儿童MRI内耳水成像.使用GE Signa Infinity TwinSpeed 1.5T扫描仪,头部8通道相控阵线圈,快速三维梯度回波序列(3D-Fiesta),采集内耳所在区域内水信号,送AW4.0工作站进行图像三维重建.结果正常组中3个膜半规管、前庭及耳蜗均清晰显示,其中有3例前半规管不连续;先天性耳聋组有6例显示正常,1例右侧前半规管未见显示,为前半规管发育不良,2例(4耳)耳蜗只显示一圈半,且耳蜗直径缩小,顶周与中周融合成囊状,为Mondini崎形,1例(2耳)内耳纤维化.结论MMRI内耳水成像能清晰显示膜迷路的3个膜半规管、前庭及耳蜗,对内耳非骨性结构的先天性异常有定性价值.
