摘要:为了研究黄淮山羊促性腺激素释放激素受体(GnRHR)基因、生长分化因子9(GDF9)基因、转移抑制1(KISS1)基因遗传多态性及其与产羔数的相关性,试验采用PCR—SSCP技术检测Gn—RHR、GDF9、KISS1基因的多态性,同时用最小二乘法研究了其多态性与黄淮山羊产羔数的关系。结果表明:在黄淮山羊群体中,GnRHR、GDF9、KISS1基因扩增片段均存在多态性,但只有2种基因型,即纯合型AA和杂合型AB;在黄淮山羊中,GnRHR、GDF9、KISS1基因的产羔数最小二乘平均值在AA基因型和AB基因型之间均存在极显著差异(P〈0.01)。说明GnRHR、GDF9、KISS1基因对黄淮山羊的产羔数均有显著影响,GnRHR、GDF9、KISS1基因可以作为黄淮山羊多胎性状的有效分子标记。
