摘要:电网发生短路故障时,电压瞬时跌落,DFIG系统Crowbar保护电路动作,串联Crowbar电阻值的整定对低电压故障下DFIG系统的稳定运行至关重要。针对DFIG系统网侧三相短路故障,基于磁链分析推导出转子侧短路电流和最大短路电流表达式及网侧变流器的耐受电压和短路电流两个约束条件,推导出串联Crowbar电阻的整定范围。PSCAD/EMTDC平台仿真实验研究表明,在整定范围内,适当增大串联Crowbar的电阻值,有助于转子暂态电流加速衰减,提高电网低电压故障下的DFIG系统的稳定性。
