摘要:通过溶胶-凝胶法合成了高电压LiNi0.5-xMn1.5FexO4(0≤x≤0.2)尖晶石锂离子电池正极材料。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和恒电流充放电测试来研究样品的结构和电化学性质。结果表明,在LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4样品中掺Fe可以提高样品的结构稳定性,从而改善其循环性能。电化学测试结果表明,LiNi0.35Mn1.5Fe0.15O4具有最佳循环稳定性,并且在0.2C倍率下,初始放电比容量达136.8mAh/g,循环50次后容量保持率为98.7%。
