摘要:目的:研究CNE2细胞中Smad 4基因的突变。方法:运用RT-PCR方法从CNE2细胞中克隆人Smad 4 cDNA序列,然后与正常鼻咽组织及GenBank序列进行比较分析。结果:CNE2细胞中Smad 4基因没有发生任何形式的突变。结论:CNE2细胞可能是一种非Smad 4突变的恶性肿瘤,构建的含有人Smad 4编码序列的重组质粒,为今后开展Smad 4基因的功能研究奠定了基础。
