摘要:采用高温固相法合成Sr5MgLa2-x-y(BO3)6∶xBi^3+,yM(M=Eu^3+, Y^3+)(0≤x,y≤1)系列荧光粉。用扫描电镜和X射线粉末衍射仪测量样品的形貌和结构,用紫外可见分光光度计和荧光光谱仪测量样品的发光性能。结果表明:在该掺杂浓度范围内,样品为纯相;在波长为339 nm光的激发下,Sr5MgLa2-x(BO3)6∶xBi^3+具有峰值位于431 nm的单峰蓝光发射,为掺杂Bi^的3P1→1S0跃迁,猝灭浓度为x=0.24;随着Y^3+浓度增大,Sr5MgLa1.76-y(BO3)6∶0.24Bi^3+,yY^3+荧光粉的发射峰强度增大,激发峰发生红移;在紫外光激发下,Sr5MgLa2-x-y(BO3)6∶xBi^3+,yEu^3+荧光粉存在Bi^3+的蓝光发射和Eu^3+的红光发射,存在Bi到Eu的能量传递,通过荧光衰减曲线可计算出能量传递效率。改变Sr5MgLa2-x-y(BO3)6∶xBi^3+,yEu^3+荧光粉中Bi^3+和Eu^3+的掺杂量或改变激发波长,均可得到可调节的蓝光到红光发射。
