摘要:本文在电厂运行经验及试验室试验的基础上,分析和讨论了高尘布置方式烟气温度、NH3/NOX摩尔比、氧含量、CaO、碱金属含量五个主要因素对SCR脱硝催化剂脱硝效率(活性)、SO2/SO3转化率、氨逃逸、压降等性能指标的影响,对于SCR脱硝催化剂的设计选型、设计优化和电厂SCR系统性能考核修正以及实际运行具有重要的指导意义,对于SCR脱硝催化剂的再生也具有一定的参考价值。
