摘要:RV减速器由于其高精度、高传动比、高刚度的特点被广泛运用于工业机器人关节,其摆线轮的齿廓修形也是目前的研究热点.基于此背景,建立了优化RV减速器齿廓曲线的模型,优化模型区别于以往的组合修形方式,新算法由齿廓曲线根据摆线轮与针轮啮合关系,将齿廓曲线划分为工作齿廓和非工作齿廓,分别建立了工作齿廓啮合相位角曲线方程和三次样条曲线分段拟合非工作齿廓模型,并以RV-60N摆线减速器为实例对新算法进行了验证,得到了较好的效果,有利于工厂实际加工.
