摘要:利用高温固相法制备了一系列高温质子导体Srx(CeZr)0.9Y0.1O3-δ(0.90≤x≤1.20),并对其物相、微观结构、稳定性、电导率进行了研究。结果表明,32在0.90~1.20范围内,Srx(CeZr)0.9Y0.1O3-δ仍然能保持钙钛矿结构;SEM图可以看出随着x的增加,样品的致密性增加;当x〉1.03时,材料不稳定,而当x〈1.03时,材料非常稳定;非化学计量比的样品的电导率除x=0.90外,均比化学计量比Sr(CeZr)0.9Y0.1O3-δ的电导率要高。
