摘要:基于数值模拟方法,研究SCR脱硝系统导流板优化布置后,静态混合器不同半径、不同安装角设计方案对催化剂入口截面处氨气摩尔浓度和速度分布的影响.结果显示,半径1.0 m、安装角30°情况下催化剂入口截面氨气摩尔浓度偏差小于5%、速度偏差小于15%,氨气和烟气混合较均匀,满足SCR脱硝系统设计要求.
