摘要:采用溶剂热法制备氨基功能化磁性纳米材料Fe3O4@SiO2@m-SiO2-NH2,建立了基于Fe3O4@SiO2@m-SiO2-NH2磁性纳米材料富集-分光光度法测定酒中Pb2+的新方法。磁性纳米材料用于酒中Pb^2+的分离富集,实验对影响分离富集的各种条件(包括富集材料的用量、溶液pH、洗脱条件等)进行了系统研究。结果表明,采用所制备的磁性纳米材料能有效分离富集不同基质酒中的Pb^2+,同时以二甲酚橙为显色剂,应用分光光度法对富集分离的Pb2+进行测定,Pb^2+浓度在0.05~3.6mg/L范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数R2=0.9976,检出限为0.025mg/L。该方法快速、简便,可用于实际样品分析.
