摘要:华冉风场使用的SCD 3.0MW大功率两叶片风力发电机,在投产后无法达到设计功率,并且发电机绕组温度偏高,夏季绕组温度影响机组出力或造成机组停机现象频发。为提高机组可靠性,增加机组出力。对SCD 3.0MW发电机进行优化。优化内容包括定子线圈及转子磁体、磁轭优化。优化后机组额定输出功率提升300-400kW,绕组温度稳定在80-90℃,达到预期效果,推动了大功率两叶片风机发展与成熟。
