摘要:基于双馈风机的风电场大规模并网会降低电网等效惯量,频率调节能力变差。为使风电机组也能参与电网的频率调节,提出在转子侧附加虚拟惯量控制和超速控制的调频策略,使风电机组有类似同步发电机的静态调频特性。虚拟惯量能够释放转子动能,为频率提供短暂支撑;超速控制留出备用容量,弥补惯量控制引起的频率二次跌落,并减小稳态误差。最后,仿真分析了大规模风电场接入上海电网时风电参与调频对上海电网频率的影响。
