摘要:对LNG储罐用9Ni钢进行超低温示波冲击试验,研究其低温韧性及动态断裂韧性变化规律。结果表明,在-100℃以上,冲击吸收能量保持稳定在280J左右,温度降至-196℃时,冲击吸收能量下降20%左右;9Ni钢在-100℃以上,冲击吸收能量与侧膨胀量具有一定线性关系;9Ni钢的裂纹形成功、扩展功与动态断裂韧性JID在-100℃以上时均能保持稳定,但在-196℃时均下降约20%,裂纹扩展功始终能保持总冲击吸收能量的70%,表明试验所用9Ni钢在-196℃具有良好的抗裂纹形成和扩展能力。
