摘要:本文主要研究了不同掺杂浓度下V1-xFexO2的相变特性及其磁性能.我们通过水热法结合固相法制备了粉体样品.在升温和降温的过程中,掺杂量的提升引起了晶格膨胀和相变点的变化,且金属绝缘体转变(MIT)温度附近磁化率的变化越来越弱.磁测量确定了掺杂浓度在0.01到0.05区间内的相分布.随掺杂量x的上升,V1-xFexO2分别经历了M1-R相变(x=0)、T-M2-R相变(0.01≤x≤0.04)和M2-R(x=0.05).掺杂浓度为0.05时相变过程中没有出现三斜结构的T相.磁测量和拟合的结果表明,在Fe掺杂取代了V离子的二聚体中,当掺杂浓度达到0.03时,V4+-Fe3+的磁交换作用达到最大值,且在0.02≤x≤0.03区间内可能存在着磁结构的转变.
