摘要:在10~(-1)~10~6 Hz频率和20~150℃温度范围内测量了SF_6气体绝缘套管芯子材料的频谱和温谱曲线。利用改进Havriliak-Negami(HN)方程的非线性数值计算,对实测数据进行曲线拟合,获取了介电谱HN数学模型的特征参数。研究表明:试样击穿场强随其厚度的增加而降低,且在10~(-1)~10~6 Hz频率范围内,20~60℃温度区间芯子材料主要为β弛豫作用过程,70~90℃温度区间可同时发现α、β弛豫过程,100~150℃温度区间α弛豫、直流电导作用过程占主导地位。
