摘要:火电机组SCR系统普遍存在喷氨过量问题。针对某600 MW火电机组,基于SCR系统出口NOx浓度在空间和时间等多维度偏差控制,提出了一种多维度精确喷氨策略。试验结果表明,实施多维度精确喷氨策略后,SCR系统出口NOx浓度分布均匀性得到大幅提升,NOx浓度绝对偏差最大绝对值和NH3排放浓度优于保证值,尿素平均耗量明显降低。多维度精确喷氨实施对火电厂SCR智能脱硝管控和降低氨逃逸水平具有重要意义。
