摘要:报道了一台LD侧面抽运Nd:YAP晶体,I类临界相位匹配LBO晶体腔内倍频连续红光激光器。实验中通过对激光晶体热透镜焦距的测量,利用计算机优化设计了较佳的谐振腔参数,对比了采用平平直腔结构和V型腔结构两种腔型结构时红光的输出特性。采用V型腔结构,当LD注入功率为800W时,获得9.98W近基模670.7nm连续红光输出,发散角约为10mrad。
