摘要:对GFRP-不锈钢套管胶接接头进行拉伸实验,研究胶接接头胶层长度以及胶层厚度对胶接接头强度的影响。结果表明,随着胶层长度的增加,胶接接头的抗拉强度增大;随着胶层厚度的增加,抗拉强度先增大后减小,在胶层厚度为0. 4 mm时接头的抗拉强度最大;胶层厚度并不是越大越好,胶层厚度过大,胶层产生气孔、气泡、裂纹等缺陷的概率越大。
